Shipping & Returns
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to 9Positions shipping policies.
All 9Positions Bats are custom and made from raw materials to be purchased at time of order. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for order to be shipped. Larger orders please schedule 3 to 5 week delivery schedule.
9Positions Custom baseball gloves have 1 year warranty. All gloves are made to order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
Ordered items in stock will be shipped within 1 to 2 days of payment confirmation.
In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange within 10 days, subject to a Return Authorization from 9Positions Sports. Customers ordering bats that are custom (unless classified as inventoried), are not subject to refund. However a relacement wood bat will be made to replace returned bat shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt.
All bats are to be returned unused and in relative condition at time of shipping. Web and mail order purchases require an RA (Return Authorization) number. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, call Customer Service at 1-347-952-4682. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The 9Position Sports website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
You may pay for your orders with NYStixs gift cards, check, money order or major credit cards using secure Paypal checkout . Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® Card. Generally, credit and debit card are charged at time of purchase. if item is not immediately available, the customer will be notified with purchase options. For digitally delivered orders, your credit or debit card will be charged at the time that you initiate the download of the product.
Using Promotional Codes Using Promotional Codes Unlike credit or debit cards, Promotional Codes used on Digital Coupons are debited at the time an order is placed.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
